How much does shipping cost?
- We offer FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING on orders of $150 or more.
- For orders under $150, all shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are determined by the weight of the item.

- UPS Ground

- UPS Next Day Air
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders placed by 1:00 PM PST will be shipped the same business day. Please note that orders placed after 1:00 PM PST or over the weekend will ship on the following business day (excluding major holidays).
- If for some reason there is an issue with the fulfillment of your order, we will immediately reach out to you to let you know.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- All shipping time estimates are displayed next to the shipping option chosen at checkout.
- Domestic shipping guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only.
- Shoppe Ekam is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipping-related issue(s). Under no circumstance shall Carbon38 be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
- You can also find your tracking number by logging into your Shoppe Ekam account.
- Please allow up to 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number for activity to update.
Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?
