IN-STORE: 

In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in new condition with tags and receipt. 

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in new condition with tags and receipt. 

 

ONLINE: 

Online purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of item(s). Item(s) must be in new condition with tags. 

Online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in new condition with tags and receipt. 

NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED 

 

How to Start a Return for an Online Order:

You can initiate a return by logging in to your order history using the email provided when the order was placed.

If your return is eligible- we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can use the store credit to make a separate purchase for the new item.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR STORE CREDIT:

Certain types of items are not eligible be returned or exchanged. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty, health products and supplements and undergarments). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
