We offer domestic shipping within the United States

Please Note: Shipping estimates are not guaranteed as we cannot be responsible for carrier delays. We encourage you to contact us if you need your items by a specific date and we can help you determine your best shipping options. 

How much does shipping cost?

  • We offer FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING on orders of $150 or more.
  • For orders under $150, all shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are determined by the weight of the item.

When will my order be shipped?

  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM PST will be shipped the same business day. Please note that orders placed after 1:00 PM PST or over the weekend will ship on the following business day (excluding major holidays).
  • If for some reason there is an issue with the fulfillment of your order, we will immediately reach out to you to let you know.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • All shipping time estimates are displayed next to the shipping option chosen at checkout. 
  • Domestic shipping guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only. 
  • Shoppe Ekam is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipping-related issue(s). Under no circumstance shall Carbon38 be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
  • You can also find your tracking number by logging into your Shoppe Ekam account.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number for activity to update.

Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?

Do you ship internationally?

  • Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping. 

Returns and exchanges

In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in new condition with tags and receipt. 

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in new condition with tags and receipt. 



Online purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of item(s). Item(s) must be in new condition with tags.

To start a return, contact us at If your return is eligible- we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There will be a $5 shipping fee deducted from your credit. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can use the store credit to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Certain types of items are not eligible be returned or exchanged. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty, health products and supplements and undergarments). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
